Higher education and content operations

If your institution publishes content, it has some form of content operations, or ContentOps.

To learn more about the processes, people and infrastructure involved in higher education ContentOps we ran a survey amongst over 60 different universities from the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

This report summarises the findings including:
