Our principal goal as content and design professionals is to enable people to make better decisions: what steps to take next in a process or task, what to buy, or even how to best entertain themselves for a little while. This session introduces a proven, scalable analysis and design methodology that brings together various stakeholder types around diverse, multi-touch-point customer journeys. We will touch on various aspects of design, but will focus on designing content for diverse and dynamic needs.
